PDA worked in collaboration with Conisbee to deliver the construction design of a three and four storey social housing development for Kind and Co and Victoria Park Housing Development Ltd. Having previously undertaken the scheme design and overseen the detailed design, PDA undertook design checks, design alterations and attended site during construction of this £7.1m development.

Foundations were designed as trench fill mass concrete footings but as construction commenced, a large previously unknown area of made ground was discovered, necessitating a rapid redesign of the foundations to one block to a piled foundation system.
