Doddington Hall, Cheshire

Phil worked as Ellis and Moore director and lead designer for the planning application to convert the Grade 1 listed Doddington Hall into a luxury Spa hotel.

The redevlopment will comprise the renovation and conversion of the Grade 1 listed main hall into hotel function and bedrooms, The conversion and renovation of the existing stable block into a bridal suite, the preservation of the existing 12th century Grade 1 listed Delves Tower and the construction of a new four and five storey bedroom block and spa.

In addition, an enabling permission was obtained for the construction of 110 houses in various plots around the estates perimeter.
