Lisgar Terrace, Kensington

The Lisgar Terrace Estate comprised 10 existing tenement blocks owned by Southern Housing Group in North Kensington. THe blocks were in need of refurbishment and having previously completed the refurbishment and alteration of 10 similar blocks at Vanston Place, Phil was appointed as Ellis and Moore’s director in 2006 to undertake initial structural surveys and feasibility studies for the Lisgar Terrace Estate.

The 10 blocks were refurbished with an additional storey added to each and eight new reinforced concrete infill blocks constructed. The final phase of the alteration works was completed in 2021.
