PDA were appointed by the Montagu Mansions Management Company to act as checking engineers for any alteration works which are carried out under license in their four mansion blocks near Baker Street in London.

We carry out desk top checks on lesees consultant engineers designs and visit site to ensure that assumptions made are justified and that the works are as proposed on the drawings.

We then provide reports with any applicable conditions to the Clients surveyors for inclusion in any license agreement.
