Viacom Hawley Crescent

PDA were appointed by Viacom to advise on the current condition of their offices and studios at Hawley Crescent, London and to assist with ongoing structural alterations and remedial works.

The buildings are of a variety of ages and construction types, with parts dating from the late 1800’s through to the most recent extension constructed in 2017. Working with Mitchell Price Building Surveyors a detailed assessment of the current conditions of the buildings were undertaken including an analysis of the deflections of areas of the building where window failures had occurred.
